With over 8 years in investment banking research and sales as well as over 7 years in the food industry, her solutioning approach combines analytical and design thinking approaches tied with an understanding of consumer behavior. She has lived and worked in US, India, Japan, and Italy.

She loves to cook and is a self-taught chef. Despite not growing up with that belief, she has learnt that cooking is not a vocational but a life skill. Her mission is get people to cook more as she believes that is the ultimate secret to a sustainable future! She is the owner of NOURISHED, a media platform focused on positive food stories. She publishes a print and digital magazine that has international distribution. Her blog, Fork Spoon Knife, has a digital reach of over 400K.
